This starts with our Rewards and Recognition program for employees across all levels. We also have a [email protected] initiative to keep employees engaged. These include the HR team’s recent, fun-filled, team building visit to Srinagar in Uttarakhand as well as our office-wide Diwali celebrations. Our Diwali Dhamaka was a fun-filled program of two days. On 17th Oct, we have visited a NGO called Jamghat to share the joy of giving. Diwali celebrations was at its peak on 18th Oct followed by rangoli competition, game booths, Tambola, etc. Besides inter-team development, we also have development programs for individuals. Aimed at helping our employees grow, they include specialised programmes from IIM, MICA, ISB, NID, Pearl Academy etc. We are also committed to the health and wellness of our employees. We hold regular sessions on ergonomics, stress, diet etc. as well as health screenings for employees and families. W also emphasizes giving back to the nature we live in. October saw the company holding a Tree Plantation camp at Sanjay Van, where our team planted over 1 lakh plants. We held sessions on Parenting and Breast Cancer Awareness to educate our employees about the same. Also, we have witnessed the eye check-up camp in the office premises itself. Improving the world and ourselves is a running theme in our culture. And we believe that communication is a key to self-improvement. We update employees on various business initiatives through our Intranet portal and newsletter. Our employees even get to question our CEO at our town hall meetings, as well as share feedback and suggestions on all aspects of work.
