We are also committed to the health and wellness of our employees. We hold regular sessions on ergonomics, stress, diet etc. as well as health screenings for employees and families. W also emphasises giving back to the society we live in. October saw the company holding a blood donation camp at the premises, where over X employees donated life and made the world a better place.
Improving the world and ourselves is a running theme in our culture. And we believe that communication is key to self-improvement. We update employees on various business initiatives through our Intranet portal and newsletter. Our employees even get to question our CEO at our town hall meetings, as well as share feedback and suggestions on all aspects of work.
